
We are seeking a Home Staging Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Home Staging Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced staging professionals to prepare and stage properties for sale. Your role will be crucial in creating visually appealing spaces that leave a lasting impression on potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the selection of furniture, decor, and accessories for staging purposes.
Help with the transportation and placement of staging items within the properties.
Execute the physical setup and arrangement of staging elements under the guidance of senior staging professionals.
Assist in organizing and maintaining an inventory of staging items.
Collaborate with the team to ensure that each property is staged according to our company's high standards.
Participate in the de-staging process at the end of each project.
Perform minor repairs or adjustments to staging items as needed.
Assist in the full life-cycle of staging projects from consultation, preparation, installation, reconciliation, de-staging, and restocking in a timely manner.
Help with the arrangement of furniture, decor, and accessories in homes to create an attractive and welcoming environment.
Help with organization and transportation of staging materials to and from job sites.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
A passion for interior design and home decor.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy staging items.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Previous experience in home staging or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of interior design principles and aesthetics is a plus.
Additional Information:
This position may involve occasional weekend or evening work based on project requirements.
Reliable, self-motivated and flexible with schedule.
Be able to lift up to 30lbs by yourself or more with the help of others.
Be able to walk up and down the stairs while carrying staging supplies.
Work Environment:
A home staging assistant will typically work in the homes of property owners, which means having the ability to work in a variety of settings. Some work will also be completed at our warehouses while conducting staging planning and during inventory selection (furniture and accessories.)
This position will typically work during regular business hours, but will need to be available to work on projects outside of normal business hours.
Compensation: $18.00 - 20.00/hour depending on experience
Hours: Part time and flexible
